There are two different types of studio capable to accommodate 3-5 persons :

Standard flat studio and studio maisonette.

 

Standard flat studio :

This studio type has a main bedroom with a double bed a sofa and a balcony. A separate small area with an additional double bed, the bathroom and the kitchenette provides more privace to the residents.

 

Studio maisonette option (1) :

With interior-floor level & two balconies.

The main level has a small living area with kitchenette, bathroom, double bed, sofa and a balcony.

At the second level there is a double bedroom with an additional balcony/veranda.

With interior-floor level & balcony.

The main level has a small living area with kitchenette, bathroom and a sofa.
